Zentangle

Zentangle

The Zentangle® method, created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Zentangle has grown to become a worldwide phenomenon of creative expression and personal freedom. The process of “tangling” produces a form of “artistic meditation” as you become completely engrossed in making each pattern. The resulting increase in focus and creativity provides artistic satisfaction along with a heightened sense of personal well-being.
